Our innovative technologies are designed to be both efficient and cost-effective, fully embracing the principles of a circular economy. By applying these solutions, we transform end-of-life tyres and waste plastics (both soft and hard) into valuable resources, preventing them from becoming harmful landfill and reducing their impact on the environment and ecosystems.

Recycling Waste Tyres

1.

Mechanical Separation

This is where each and every component used to make the original tyre is efficiently and cost effectively separated from one another using our specialised plant and equipment

2.

Molecular Process

Using various dedicated plant and equipment to ensure the consistent size reduction of rubber, resulting in the production of high-grade quality rubber

3.

Microwave Treatment

Employing specialised plant that work in low temperatures and under vacuum to produce a range of hydrocarbons/oils that include EcoDiesel and other distillates such as limonene, jetfuel, lube oil and bitumen

4.

Electromagnetic Induction

The affective application of specialised plant and equipment working under extreme temperatures to produce high-grade quality products such as graphene

5.

Manufacturing

All the raw materials derived from the above-mentioned processes will be used to manufacture a range of products that specifically target high value markets

Recycling Waste Plastics

1.

Pre-processing

This involves the cleaning and reduction of all plastics (soft and hard) to a fine homogeneous powder, ensuring consistency in size and shape

2.

Proportional Blending

Once the mixed plastics are made uniform, they are subsequently blended in proportion to the final plastic composition required

3.

Amalgamation

The blended plastic powder is subjected amalgamation to form the resin phase

4.

Heat Treatment

The application of low temperature heat over specified time period is undertaken to cure homogenous plastic compounds

5.

Extrusion

A process of continuous plastic beads extrusion is undertaken in order to pelletising the compounds

6.

Microwave Treatment

Employing specialised plant that work in low temperatures and under vacuum to produce a range of hydrocarbons/oils that include EcoDiesel and other distillates such as benzene, toluene, xylene and limonene

7.

Electromagnetic Induction

The effective application of specialised plant and equipment working under extreme temperature to produce high-grade quality products such as graphene

8.

Manufacturing

All the raw materials derived from the above-mentioned processes will be used to manufacture a range of products that specifically target high value markets.
